Increase reuse time of 30 sec to 80 sec / Decrease cancels 5 to 3 - Touch Of Death:
Change Decrease cp by 95% to 25% for now / Decrease cancels 6 to 3 - Steal Divinity:
Increase reuse time 15 sec to 80 sec / Decrease cancels 7 to 3 - BackStab
Decrease Behind/Crit from 25% to 12% / Decrease SSboost (soulshots) 1.5 to 1
Increase reuse time 3 sec to 5 sec - Deadly Blow
Increase reuse time 3 sec to 4 sec / Decrease Enchant Dual power
Enchant: Dual not overpower anymore - Bluff:
Decrease Land rate 40% to 20% / Decrease Stun 9 sec to 4 (for now!) - Shield Stun:
